Exchange/Return & Refund Policy
At Inhaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We does not offer any “refund” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects. In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your bank account within 15 days once the item is returned.We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Sale items and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return. Due to variations in screen settings and photography, slight differences in color are not considered defects. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled or a manufacturing defect is confirmed. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
